IMPORTANT INFORMATION
How accommodation is arranged
The main accommodation base is Tourist Home “Kaylaka”. When necessary, the organiser may also accommodate guests at an additional hotel.
- Room allocation
- The hotel and room are assigned by the organiser according to the booking party and availability.
- Room choice
- Guests cannot select a particular hotel or room.
- Requests
- Request accommodation through the festival registration form. Confirmation follows review by the team.
- Meals
- First included meal: dinner on arrival. Last included meal: breakfast on departure.
- Room-sharing
- The organisers arrange room-sharing after 26 October, in consultation with participants.
- Single rooms
- Prices and packages for single rooms will be announced soon.
- Children and companions
- Accommodation prices are the same for participants, children and companions. Separate companion passes have their own prices.
- Payment
- On arrival.
